I have kids that are now adults, and also many friends and colleagues who are Gen Z and young millenials, and while life is of course still hard at that age, and things like social media add all linds of pressures and stresses that we didnt have, they are so much better informed and equipt to deal with this stuff and feel more comfortable being themselves than we were encouraged to.
