KardiaMobile ECGs have been CE Marked to detect the following and record, store, display and transfer single-channel ECG: Proactive. Patients can self-administer an ECG whenever they feel symptoms or on a schedule you recommend - giving you a more complete picture of your patients’ heart activity. Normal. If no rhythm abnormalities are detected, you will receive the message 'Normal'. This means that the heart rate is between 50 and 100 BPM, there are no or very few abnormal beats, and the shape, timing and duration of each beat is considered normal. The app allows heart rhythm recordings to be viewed, saved and shared with healthcare professionals allowing for faster detection and diagnosis of AF, according to the firm. With KardiaMobile there are no leads, pads or gels to apply. The 'leads' refers to the number of perspectives which the ECG monitor can look at your heart.

Heart data you can trust

The greater depth of detail from the KardiaMobile 6L provides doctors visibility into certain arrhythmias that are leading indicators of cardiovascular disease; this is not automatically indicated by the device, but can be read manually by the doctor from the rhythm strip. KardiaMobile 6L also features updated connectivity to your phone or tablet to prevent loss of connectivity due to interference from ultrasonic noise (eg. motion detectors, pest control devices, light switches).
