Passholders may have x1 specific activity booked at any one time, eg x1 Archery, x1 Shooting, x1 Climb and x1 High Ropes. Once an activity has taken place, Passholders may then book another activity. Passholders may book up to x4 activities on one single day.
Due to the nature of Shooting, Escape Rooms and Snorkel, we currently do not have spectator areas for these activities. However, Attraction Visitors are welcome to make the most of our Cafe, Retail Store, Hang Tough Challenge and our oceanarium view during their time with us at The Bear Grylls Adventure. Bringing out his first book titled The Kid Who Climbed Everest in 2000 in the United States, also named Facing Up within the United Kingdom, he recounted his ascent of Everest at just twenty-three years of age. This then became the template for much of his work to follow, as he was able to tell his story in an engaging and informative manner, drawing his readers into his adventures. They also allow his audience to live vicariously through his writing, as their tone of suspense allows the reader be transported into the realm of Bear Grylls.

Writing a modern day Jungle Book Adventure felt like a great next adventure for me, and life has taught me that our survival instinct is still part of the human spirit even in a world of mobile phones, & the Internet. When you’re stripped bare, you have to think on your feet. It then proceeds to follow alongside him as he starts to traverse the legendary peak, all the way to the top, along with all his scrapes and mishaps on the way. Telling of the time he fell into a crevasse at nineteen thousand feet, it keeps the reader on the edge-of-their-seat throughout and, despite knowing the outcome still manages to keep them glued for the entire duration of the book. We do ask that any spectators under the age of 16 are supervised by a non-participating adult throughout their time at the attraction. He suddenly became aware of a creature standing in the shadows watching him. But, strangely, Mak felt no fear. Marrying his wife Shara Cannings Knight in 2000 they have had three sons together, all of whom he also takes on various adventures and exploits as well. A major advocate for such organizations as the RNLI, or Royal National Lifeboat Institution, he has worked tirelessly to gain exposure for various causes and groups. Continuing his outdoor pursuits to this very day, he has also written a number of books, including his autobiography along with a number of survival guides as well, something which he continues to this very day. Nothing happened. With growing frustration, Mak rubbed the twig until his palms became bloody, yet there wasn’t even a hint of smoke.

Determined not to give up, Mak ventured beyond his shelter. The rain was just as heavy and the light was rapidly diminishing. He prodded around some likelylooking drier nooks for more kindling. He found some more dry moss and several interesting mushrooms the size of his hand. He considered eating them . . . but was convinced he’d probably die on the spot, so left them alone. It was then in 2012 that Bear Grylls would release his autobiography recounting his whole life so far, which was titled ‘Mud, Sweat and Tears: The Autobiography’. This was then followed up with a number of survival guides that sought to inform his now numerous readers looking to potentially undertake pursuits and adventures of their own. Adventuring and writing to this day, Bear Grylls continues to put out his books for an ever eager audience, something which will continue for some time yet, as he shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
