I also love this saw for woodworkers just because it’s got a fantastic dust collection system, and the small footprint is great for small woodshops, while still providing a large cutting capacity for wide boards.For the average woodworker, I think this is a good choice, primarily for the dust collection. Woodworker shops need good dust extraction systems since they are typically in enclosed, and somewhat small areas. As you can see with a dust collection system this is almost efficient enough to use in an operation room. Okay maybe that is a stretch, but the saw performs when it comes to collecting shavings when attached to a dust extraction system. So in comes the Makita LS1019L sliding miter saw.
