About this deal

Looking north from the footbridge at Earby station in March 1965. A Class 113 Cravens DMU bound for Manchester Victoria is standing at the down platform. The station was gas-lit until closure; one of the standard-mounted Sugg specimens is in the foreground – a style favoured by BR London Midland Region. In the distance the goods shed is visible.

Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services Bathroom - fitted with a white suite incorporating a P shaped bath with mixer tap shower attachment and glass screen above. Vanity unit with hand basin and cupboard beneath, low flush W.C., chrome towel rail, sealed unit double glazed front window and airing cupboard containing the Ideal Esprit Eco combi boiler and shelving. Ooh I've never made it a secret how much I adore Alison's books and I'm always excited when I see a new one is out. I didn't know this was in the same series as Heading Home to Lavender Cottage, which I really enjoyed. The nearest train station is in Kings Lynn within 11.4 miles, operating mostly with the Great Northern line into Kings Cross but with some additional peak services operated by Greater Anglia into Liverpool Street, London, there is a bus service through the village and the nearest hospitals are the North Cambs Hospital in Wisbech (9.2 miles) and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn (12.6 miles).

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook. I was able to find the audio version through my local library. The story as always is full of great humour, fun, slow burn romance and a wonderful interesting community, I was delighted to see an appearance by Dodgy Del again, he’s so hilarious! Watching Ryan and Katy develop, get over their pasts and come together slowly, not being scared eventually to be vulnerable was so wonderful. Bedroom Two - 3.33m x 3.62m (10'11" x 11'10") - PVCu double glazed window to rear, textured ceiling, radiator. The information on housing, people, culture, employment and education that is displayed about Railway Lane, Dungiven, Londonderry, Northern Ireland, BT47 4AE is based on the last census performed in the UK in 2021. Garage - 11.28m x 2.36m (2.51m max) (37'0" x 7'9" (8'3" max - having an electric roller door, light & power points, sealed unit double glazed side door with window alongside, To the rear of the garage is the utility area which is fitted with work surface with inset stainless steel sink and drainer, wall units, space and plumbing for an automatic washing machine.

This is such a sweet romance and it was lovely to see the development of Katy and Ryan. This is a series that I am enjoying so far and I am eagerly awaiting the next book in the series to get to know some more of the characters that live in Cranfield. As the story progresses, readers will fall in love with Katy and her compassionate nature, just like the rest of Cranfield! The cast of character will make you smile and root for them. W.C - 1.32m x 0.92m (4'3" x 3'0") - PVCu double glazed window to rear, tiled flooring, fitted close coupled toilet with push button flush. The side characters are often present and add to the small-town atmosphere. Harriet is more confident and happy in this one. Flora and Libby stay true to their characters. The adorable golden retriever, Paddington, also appears more than once. The new station is a key part of Mayor Steve Rotheram’s plans to deliver a London-style integrated transport system for the City Region, which aims to bring together bus, rail, ferry and active travel in one simple, affordable and easy to use transport network. I received an advance review copy for free thanks to Rachel's Random Resources and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Katy and Ryan are well-defined characters with their own burdens and issues. Bob’s character arc is well done, and I like the change we see by the end (even if it feels a little abrupt, as we don’t get his POV).

Gym - 3.63m x 2.44m (11'11" x 8'0") - fitted with sealed unit double glazed side & rear windows, light & power points. Widening of existing carriageway including footpaths, installation of drainage, utilities, raised tables and parking areas The following utility works are on traffic sensitive routes or include a road closure, it is not an exhaustive list. We are not able to guarantee that these works will be carried out. Again, we would ask you to be kind to any workers on the road at this time. The bridge over the River Aire near Skipton on the Colne Branch looking towards Broughton Road in the mid 1960s. It has been demolished. Our main character is Katy Smith, who we learn has just been let go from her job and is having trouble finding another job in the hospitality industry. After a break up with her boyfriend, she goes on a drinking binge and answers an ad to help organize a train station in Cranfield. It sounds like an easy job at first and she moves in for a week to get the place in ship shape only to find that the owner, Bob, doesn't want to part with anything, Ethan is off on another adventure, and Ryan is nursing his own wounds from being fired from his job.She had earlier suggested to Bob the possibility of opening a small coffee shop at the train shop and even applied for a permit. Kitchen - 4.32m x 2.64m (14'2" x 8'8") - fitted with a range of matching base, drawer and wall mounted units, granite work surfaces incorporating a 1 1/2 bowl stainless steel sink top with mixer tap, 5 ring gas hob with cooker hood above, electric double oven, dishwasher, space for an American fridge/freezer, inset ceiling spotlights and a sealed unit double glazed rear window. National Highways will be closing junctions 3 to 4 of the M3 in both directions 9pm Friday 8 to 6am Monday 11 December as part of the demolition works of the footbridge over the M3 in Bagshot. The apartment in question is owned by Ethan and Ryan Connolly’s family and sits above the railway station in Cranfield. I loved that the setting for the majority of the book was the old train station itself and the surrounding buildings. It was such a fun way to incorporate the characters from book 1 who only live down the lane and so became frequent faces as they passed through. I would love to see books focusing on Ryan/Libby or Flora next!!
