In general, it is not an unhealthy drink, as it is low in cholesterol, contains zero fat and is around 170 calories per bottle on average. Nata de Coco is the added ingredient in the Mogu Mogu range of drinks. Produced by the fermentation of coconut water, it is also referred to as coconut gel.
