About this deal

In general, yes, Mogu Mogu is a healthy drink. It’s a real fruit juice which means it contains vitamins that are found on the fruits of the flavour you choose.

Mogu Mogu drinks are a range of refreshing fruit juices. They combine delicious flavours of real fruit, with added chunks of chewy nata de coco. The name Mogu Mogu comes from the Japanese term ‘to chew’. This, of course, refers to small cubes of nata de coco suspended in each drink. Mogu Mogu is made with real fruit juice, which means it is a source of vitamin C, but also contains a fairly high level of sugar. In general, it is not an unhealthy drink, as it is low in cholesterol, contains zero fat and is around 170 calories per bottle on average. Nata de Coco is the added ingredient in the Mogu Mogu range of drinks. Produced by the fermentation of coconut water, it is also referred to as coconut gel. Perfect for a refreshing summer sip, picnics and lunchboxes, Mogu Mogu juice drinks come in a range of fun, enticing colours and flavours. Made with real fruit juice, these tasty Asian soft drinks offer something for everyone. Nata de Coco DrinksThere are currently 17 flavours of Mogu Mogu sold in 60 countries worldwide. All bursting with flavour and zesty, tangy fruit. These chewy, jelly-like cubes, made from coconut make this drink a unique refreshment. With every sip of juice, you get a burst of chewy goodness.

It’s farmed in small farms in areas of Thailand, as well as the Philippines and traditionally sold to local customers in jars. One thing to be mindful of is that due to the nata de coco that’s added to the liquid. It is high in dietary fibre as this is coconut jelly. Mogu Mogu comes in 320ml bottles, perfect for enjoying at home, on the go, or in your lunch bag. If there is a particular flavour that you love, you can also get bulk boxes of 24 bottles. Where is Mogu Mogu From? But what is nata de coco? This unique drink ingredient is a translucent jelly made from coconut water. It originates from the Philippines and is a popular addition to many desserts and sweet treats. We’ve recently added seven new flavours of Mogu Mogu Nata De Coco drinks to our online shop, and I can say without a doubt that these new jelly-filled fruit drinks are an interesting experience. Yes, you read that right - they’re jelly filled! These delicious fruit flavoured concoctions each contain a generous helping of small fruit flavoured jelly pieces, and as the side of the bottle points out, you ‘gotta chew!’ whilst you drink them. For science, I thought I should taste test all of them, and let you know which of these flavours are enhanced by such an interesting textural experience, which ones aren’t, and tell you all about why you should try these ‘mogu mogu’ drinks!
