Knowing how large campground picnic tables can be, and wanting to make sure the canopy fit over that, we opted for the larger size. We will see how that works out for us but based on other PUP members comments, it should be an improvement. Our first time using this screen house was for a full week, going though multiple rain storms with no problems no sagging no water leaking no drooping and when we had set it up at camp site we staked the poles down, but had not even needed the guide tie downs available. Since I’m no pro, finding a tent that will be large enough, durable enough, fun for the whole family and affordable was no easy task. Once inside, there wasn’t a lot of room to move around near the ends of the table, but sitting down it did not feel cramped.

The frames hold up surprisingly well as long as the screen house is properly secured down, we’ve never had a failure from heavy rain or the cover holding water and collapsing the screen house.

Regarding weather conditions and climate, obviously this is a structure for nice weather, but it is strong and stable, and as mentioned above, it offers rain protection too, but there are no walls.
